Allan Costa - Founder & Head Trainer of Silva Fútbol

Allan Costa, the founder and head trainer of Silva Fútbol, brings a unique and diverse perspective to youth soccer development, grounded in his upbringing in Brazil — where soccer, or futbol, is more than a sport; it’s a way of life. Growing up playing in the streets of Brazil, Coach Allan experienced the culture of the game firsthand, where creativity, improvisation, and technical skill were valued above all. This environment instilled in him a passion for the game and a deep appreciation for the joy that fútbol brings to communities.
Allan's soccer journey first started playing futsal at the age of 6, Allan transitioned to outdoor soccer, joining traditional soccer academies in Rio de Janeiro. This shift allowed him to expand his game, applying his futsal skills to the larger field while continuing to embrace the creativity and technical precision that characterize the Brazilian style of play. His dedication and talent helped him get a scholarship opportunity to play college soccer in the United States, where he had a highly successful student-athlete career at Camden College & West Virginia Tech.
